Seamless glass walls, skylights and transparent interior dividers are the current trend of
commercial architecture. Builders are letting light in and capturing it through design of
office, medical, industrial and even retail buildings.  While glass lets in an abundance of
natural light, it also allows excessive heat to build-up indoors, sending energy costs soaring.

Reflective window film can help optimize energy efficiency, prolong the life of product
displays and fine interiors, and even create a more productive atmosphere. In Commercial
settings, like hotels and multi-story office buildings, installation of film is highly beneficial.
Approximately a third of an average building’s cooling load is due to solar heat gain
through windows, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.

Window film can cut up to 60% of total solar energy that transmits through glass, and can
yield an annual savings of up to 14.31 kWh according to
Flex Your Power, California's
statewide energy efficiency marketing and outreach campaign.
